Low voltage systems (Smart Boards, telephone system, fiber optic cabling,
master bell system & wireless access). The existing Offices was
demolished and replaced with new hardscape and landscape and the
re-configuration of the adjacent parking lot. Value: $21 million. Ø Various
Construction Projects within British Petroleum (BP), ConocoPhillips, and
ChevronTexaco –
Scope: a series of modifications and additions to the existing facilities
including demolition of the existing concrete foundations and pipe supports,
excavation of contaminated soil, soil import, and installation of the new
foundations, platforms and associated pipe racks. The modification and
renovation also included demolition of the existing office, storage and
maintenance facilities and replace them with the new facilities. Systems
renovation and addition included, installation of electrical, mechanical, and
plumbing systems including installation of mechanical pumps, process piping,
process controls, lighting, electrical power, instrumentation, and
